Dear my mother Siu Mai Anderson,

Hi mom, I’m here with your love fulfills my heart. I’ve read, I’ve heard, and I can see what happened to you, mom. I’m very blessed to have a mother like you, mom. Uncountable, how much you have given me your love. Not sure, I will be able to give my love back as much as you give your love to me.

Mom, I can’t imagine how hard your life was. However, you still could struggle and survive, till you gave my brother and me a birth, and give me this beautiful little name. Don’t ever blame my grandmother, to bear a child like you illegally. Don’t ever blame my grandmother, to bear a beautiful women like you, mom. A woman who has become a kind mother, and  who has been taken care of me until now I’m growing older and become a little pretty girl whose face is as beautiful as yours. Thank you for being a good mother and for teaching me a lot about life. Now I know, it’s so hard to live in diversity, and now I know, it’s so hard to be discriminated by people surround us, but you can face it all, mom. You’ve shown that you are really not a girl who grew without a mother: A girl lacks of love from her mother, and a girl who does not even be able to see her mother’s eyes. However mom, all of those things are not a matter.

Mom, I want to say thank you again for the umpteenth time. Without you, I don’t know whether I will become a sun that shines everyone in my life, or just being a light of gloom that’s not even able to shine in a dark room. I swear, I will always do everything on my best, and I will always be what I want to be, mom. I will always become your wildest thing. I love you very much, mom.
